It is possible to use the J.con GmbH website without disclosing any personal data. When visiting the website, no personal data is stored or processed in a log file, not even temporarily.

Login area

You have the possibility to log in to our internet portal. In doing so, required personal data is collected  for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, their processing or for the fullfilment of a contract. The following data is collected in the login area:

Company name, first and last name, contact details.

This data is stored to ensure proper operation and can be deleted by the user at any time within the login area. You can change your user account data by clicking “Edit profile” or de-register with the function “Delete profile data” leading to the total deletion of  personal references.

Security

This website uses technical and organizational security measures to protect the data you have made available from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. These security measures are continuously revised and updated in line with technological developments. However, we would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Correspondence

No personal data transmitted by e-mail, fax, business letters or similar will be evaluated or processed.

Personal data such as e-mail address, name and company address are archived as long as it is required

• for the execution of pre-contractual measures,
• for the fulfillment of a contract to which the data subject is a party,
• for processing in order to comply with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject

and the principles for the proper keeping and storage of books, records and documents in paper or electronic form (GoBD) in accordance with the German Fiscal Code (AO), the German Commercial Code (HGB), the German Value Added Tax Act (UstG), as well as for the fulfillment of statutory record-keeping obligations. Among other things, the company is obliged to keep business letters in an orderly manner. Business letters include all external communications about business matters. This includes all commercial letters, but also faxes and e-mails. In principle, all business e-mails and their file attachments must be kept complete, tamper-proof, available at all times and machine-readable. According to § 9. of the BoBD, electronic documents must be stored in the same form.

Disclosure of personal data

Personal data will only be passed on to third parties if it is necessary for the execution of the contract or project only after prior approval and if the recipient ensures compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.
